Shelf Life: 12 Months from date of manufacture
Storage Conditions: Dry frost free conditions

Suitable Substrates: Graphite EPS, Phenolic, Mineral Wool
Unsuitable Substrates: Masonry Substrates, Uneven & Problematic Substrates
Consumption: When applied to a correctly prepared even substrate at a thickness of 3 mm (Recommended Thickness) a 25 kg bag approximately covers 5 m2
Mixing: Mixed with 5.5 litres of clean potable water no other material should be added.
Mixed by a concrete mixer or paddle mixer.
Mix for approximately five minutes.
Care should be taken not to over mix or over trowel.
Application:
• SikaWall®-1015 Adhesive coat must only be applied using a traditional troweling technique.
• SikaWall®-1015 Adhesive coat has a maximum application thickness of 6 mm.
• To achieve maximum thickness the adhesive should be applied over 2 passes.
• First pass of 3 mm applied to the substrate, the fibre glass mesh then embedded whilst Adhesive Coat is still wet.
• A further 2-3 mm of Adhesive Coat should be applied to a smooth flat finish once first pass has taken up.
